The Vehicle Spy Tools main menu contains setup options, utilities, and hardware specific tools as shown in Figure 1.  Refer to Table 1 for a brief description of each selection.

Tools Menu Selection	Description
Options	Displays software options for Vehicle Spy.
Utilities > CoreMini Console	Opens a configuration tool for loading CoreMini files to compatible hardware.
Utilities > VS3EXE Generator	Converts a Vehicle Spy setup (vs3) into a "display only" setup (vs3exe).
Utilities > neoECU Emulator	Opens a basic emulation tool of the neoECU hardware.
Utilities > VSpy to Vector Log Conversion	Converts a Vehicle Spy message capture file into a Vector log file.
Utilities > VSpy to VSpy Log file Conversion	Converts a Vehicle Spy message capture file into a log (csv) file.
Utilities > csv2kml	Converts Vehicle Spy log files to a KML format for Google Earth.
neoVI PRO Emulator	Displays an onscreen emulator of the neoVI PRO.
neoVI PRO Setup	Displays configuration options for a neoVI PRO.
Send Setup to neoVI PRO	Sends a copy of the current vs3 setup file to a neoVI PRO.
Language	Opens dialog to select a language.
Problem Log	Displays Vehicle Spy software or hardware related problem logs.
Performance	Displays numerous Vehicle Spy performance statistics.
