Many important Vehicle Spy settings are located in the Vehicle Spy Setup dialog shown in Figure 1.  Access this dialog by clicking on Tools and then Options.

2. Performance
3. Multimedia
4. Text API
5. License
6. GPS
7. Directories
8. Regional Settings
