Graphical Panels

Overview

Vehicle Spy's Graphical Panels view allows you to create custom user interfaces.  You can add many different types of tools such as: graphs, bar-graphs, transmit buttons, drop downs, test buttons, meters, knobs, LEDs/lights, text displays, and numeric entry boxes; just to name a few.  You can also create as many graphical panels as you like.

Each tool can be resized and moved anywhere on the panel.  A group of tools can easily be selected and aligned.  After you have setup the display you can lock the panels in place, avoiding accidental tool movement with your mouse.

One person can create a set of graphical panels and distribute them to others.  A veteran Vehicle Spy user can create easy-to-use panels for colleagues who may have little or no Vehicle Spy experience.

Graphical Panels can be found under the Measurement main menu selection (Figure 1).
