Graphical Panels: Move a Tool

You can move a panel tool by clicking inside it with the mouse and dragging it to a new location (Figure 1).  Dragging means holding the mouse button down while you move it.  Coordinates of the tool will update in the Properties tab after the mouse button is released.

A group of tools can also be moved in the same way.  Click and drag a selection box around all of the tools you wish to move.  (To add tools to a group one at a time, press/hold the Ctrl key and left click on a tool.)  Boxes will appear at the corners of tools to indicate that they have been selected.  After a group is selected, click on any tool in the group and drag all of them at once to a new location.
