Function Block Command: Load Message Data

Basics:
The "Load Message Data" command will load hex data from a file and put it in a transmit message.

Details:
The Value cell opens a dialog (Figure 1) to configure which File to read and which Transmit Message to put the data in.

The first parameter is the Start Index.  The data for this field is an application signal that points to the first byte to load from the file.  Length uses another application signal with the number of bytes to load.  The Filename field is the name of the file to read the data from.  The file must have a *.msgbin extension and be located in the logged on users directory.

The Message field determines which transmit message to add the data to.  The last parameter is which byte in the transmit message to start at.
