Function Block Command: DAQ Action |
Basics:
The "DAQ Action" command allows control of DAQ events setup in the VehicleScape DAQ view.
Details:
The Value for this command tells which DAQ to control and how to control it.
Figure 1 shows the configuration dialog.

The first parameter to select is the action, or what to do to the DAQ event. Table 1 describes each action.
| Action | Function |
|---|---|
| Start | Starts a DAQ event if it is not running. |
| Waits at this step until the DAQ event is finished. | |
| Save | Saves the data collected from a DAQ event. |
| Stop | Stops a DAQ event if it is running. |
| Call | Starts a DAQ event and waits at this step until that event is finished. (combines the actions of Start and Wait Until Complete) |

The second parameter points to the DAQ event to perform the action on.
