Vehicle Spy contains a few tools for converting files.  The first to mention is the "VSPY to VSPY Log File Conversion".  This conversion utility converts Vehicle Spy saved buffers to Vehicle Spy Log files.  This will also convert binary (vsb) buffers to Vehicle Spy Log (csv) files.  Converted buffer and log files can be used in Vehicle Spy's Data Analysis tool.

The next converter to mention is "VSPY to Vector Log Conversion".  This conversion will take a Vehicle Spy buffer file (csv or vsb) and convert it to a Vector buffer file (asc).

To use the utility, select Tools->Utilities then select the conversion you want to perform (Figure 1).  A window will pop up asking for a buffer file (csv or vsb).  Find the file and click open.  Another window will open for saving the converted file.  Give the file a name and click Save.

Vehicle Spy has one more type of conversion, csv2kml.  This will take GPS position information from Vehicle Spy Log files and convert them to a KML file for Google Earth.
